MS'ers, are you using LDN?

I'm considering making the move to LDN, having recently come off of Tysabri. My last infusion was 49 days ago. I'd love to hear your experience with LDN - good and not-so-good. What are the trade-offs you've had to make, if any? I'm especially interested in hearing about any improvements you've seen, any side effects you've had, and whether you are satisfied with your decision.
