Reflections on My Former Job

When you are the outgoing development manager of a huge software
system listening to the incoming managers talking about the new
system, it kind of feels like being the ex-wife. Whatever used to
happen in the old marriage was bad. The new marriage will have a much
better process! This is going to be so great for the kids!
